I know I'm late but just because I'm curious...has anyone hear watched Silent Night? It was an older Christmas Hallmark film (well old for Hallmark at least), before they got stuck in their habit of pumping out the same trite romances recycling the same four actors lol. It was set in Germany during WWII. A woman and her youngest son flee their town to a small cabin for reasons I won't spoil. But they're caught off guard when three American soldiers stumble upon the cabin looking for a place to rest and tend to one of their wounded. It gets more complicated when three German soldiers come by later and also take shelter in the cabin.

It seems like a lesser-known Hallmark film but its definitely one of their better Christmas films in my opinion.

I haven't seen it but it sounds interesting. Would you recommend it?

Oh most definitely. I feel like its a movie that can be enjoyed even outside of the Christmas season. I feel like the setting of WWI was handled surprisingly well for a TV film.
