Resurrecting this thread for a very good reason: Chocolate-covered Oreo Balls. Easy to make and oh-so-delicious.1. Crush an entire 14 oz. package of Oreo cookies into crumbs. (Splint's recommendation: try the mint kind with green filling.)2. Mix Oreo crumbs with an 8 oz. package of cream cheese.3. Form the mixture into one inch balls.4. Dip the balls in dark chocolate. Let them cool.5. If desired, drizzle the balls with white chocolate. Let them cool.You (probably) won't regret it.
